Dear Jacob and All, Just an update about today's meeting with interns students. The whole scenario can be summarized as follows: 1. They can give only some limited time, about one and half days a week. And as per our conversation, I gathered that they can be involved in the work maximum for about one and half months in total. 2. I have tried to motivate them by throwing light on the importance and usefulness of the work. They are to give me a final decision by Monday of the coming week. They are quite enthusiastic people but the only thing is that they seem to be a bit hesitant with the programming language JAVA itself as they seem to be a novice. However, I have said that given the readiness to learn and explore, it could be a very good opportunity for them as well to learn a new language and at the same time be involved in something useful. Given Jacob and\or somebody else could provide them some guidance and some sort of mentoring, I think these students could contribute to the project. If these people decide to move ahead, MPP will be providing them the working space and other forms of guidance whatever we can thus making the maximum of contribution to the Project.

What about the 12'th of January, Friday towards the evening say 4 P.M or so? Let me know if this date and time is suitable so that the hall could be booked. Even if it does not work with this group of interns, hopefully, we might have someone interested after the talk.
