@List Moderators: Please do not approve the applications of the prospective list members without reasonable explanation from them for joining the group. Even if it's approved (without a reason from them to join the list), their posting permission can be moderated so that when they send in a proper mail to the list for the first time, they can then be allowed to post without moderation from then on. BTW, there's a question to answer when applying to join the list to prevent spammers from posting like this. Let us maintain this policy.
