Sorry, I may not completely answer your question, anyway here's what I know.
- FOSSNepal is a non profit organization (Actually, its a community, but
legally, Nepal government doesn't have such term). And it doesn't have any
sponsors either. :(
- Roughly speaking, what you are talking of is out yearly budget.
- And about those events --  Direcly/Indirectly fossnepal is involved in all
those, and we don't charge them.
