Dear Sunoj,

The most important thing about a community are the community members. Till
the time you have a good team of members, it does not make any difference
you have a formal community like the president, VP or coordinator or VC.
You  can proceed ahead what best suits you at the moment, also, it can
re-shape as the needs changes.
