Thank you Mr. Hempal Shrestha and Mr. Bishisht Bhatta, I will definetly approach NCIT for the formation and other activities for promoting FOSS, I looked in the NCIT FOSS threads and it seems inactive. Anyway I'll soon inform about the date for a small gathering at Kathford, may be after 10 days because sport week is going to be organiesd at my collage from 11 to 17 and it may postpone due to weather.
