Before is it too late and we start hurrying, I would like to call for a SFD
2010 Preparation Meeting on Monday Sept. 6. We have already had one round of
meeting

This time, I would like to invite you all to be a part of it.


Rough agenda for the discussing would be:

1. Team Building and responsibility assignment for
    -Social Network : Advertisement, Twitter, Facebook, Videos
    -Web Promotion :
    -Press Media : Article etc.
    -Finance : Sponsors, Support
    -CD/DVD Pack: ( Ubuntu, Nirvikalpa)
    -CCC Activation


2. Solidarity: Are we doing it ? When ? The day before or on the same day?

3. Foss Socials:

4. Decentralized celebrations: Unlike our previous celebrations, the first
meeting saw an idea of celebrating SFD in individual colleges and holding a
small few hours' central event somewhere. What do we all thing about it?
Will it be better or will it decrease the charm of SFD we used to have ?
Lets discuss.

5. Main program : To list few more event ideas than that we saw in the first
meeting:
    - Tutorials
    - FOSS Demo
    - Quiz
    - Design competition
    - Wiki Edit-War
    - Localization Camps


Time and Venue:
Sept. 6, 2010 (Monday) , 5 - 6:30 pm
FSU Canteen, IOE Pulchowk,
