Dear Prabin, One more example, there are few other banks in Nepal which have already gone with Open Office for majority of its staff's computer (not 100% computers for sure, as there will be some who would not agree to change ;) ) . Bank of Asia is one more good bank which has choose OpenOffice for carrying out their WordProcessing job with OO.
Apart from that, the work in Open Source library is taking up a good shape, may be we can explore some good examples. Idea of the Machines running Linux can be setup with Open Offer to kill all viruses using Linux. Nirvikalpa is also a good way to approach for migration. How about setting up some FOSS SataSat (FOSS Software Exchange) stall over there. For the presentation, please do let us know what kinds/nature of presentation you are looking forward, we can forward you as per your requirements.
