A very encouraging decision i'd say.I've been subscribed to this
mailing list for quite a bit and perhaps this is the first one that
really lifted my hope for a enlightened technical persons in Nepal. I
hope you can come up with a detailed plan soon.Perhaps we'll can muster
enough from the community itself to take this initiative.
