we students of St.Xavier's college,maitighar are doing a research on "e-governancce initiatives in nepal" . we some where found that FOSS nepal is also involved. If yes,then could you please explain what it is doing and how the government is helping foss neal. is MoST migration program is also related to e-governance. we have visited MOST HLCIT NITC later we are goint to NTA(nepal telecome authority) IT park CAN.......
