pppd error was solved correctly it was lock from user privilege so it was turn on by going system/administration/user and groups/advanced setting /user privilege sub tab/connect internet using modem... hahaha. im using smoothly it now but speed is like snail hehehe although i'm happy that i succeed in wvdial
