So did those skillful programmers which are true hackers. Original
"hackers" did things that were amazing, like putting a huge truck on
top of the building and not knowing how it was done !!

All I see is dos and don'ts set by a company. I doubt it has anything
to do with hacking as such. If you were to follow the same assumption,
phreakers would be termed as crackers by your definition. They don't
follow the terms and conditions/rules, yet when you look back at
history true computer hacking started with phone phreaking. Bottom-
line is, you might be confused in what is illegal and what is hacking.
Don't misuse the term illegal with cracking. Hackers could do illegal
things but that won't make them crackers, that would make them
criminals.
