CAN Kavre is launching the IT awareness programs in many rural areas of Kabhrepalanchowk district. Me also have the institutional membership of CAN Kavre and i raise question about FOSS in the orientation program about creating Annual Program. CAN is entering in the Phase of E-Village and are using close source proprietary software. I Suggest them about Linux and Open Source. I get the Answer that: "If we are not understanding FOSS, How the uneducated villagers will understand the Open Source." But since they are novice about the Computer, there won't be problem about the Open source with the Close source. They are ignoring my voice and there is no one to support me for the Open Source.
