It is a great thing to ask experts here.
BE talks more about hardware stuffs electronics, chip slicing manufacturing
process too.
Bsc talks about more software part.
yes Pulchowk definitely people are after, but other colleges like St.
Xaviers dwit and many more offering Bsc IT even TU Kirtipur I think apart
from patan Campus.
Yes there is an entrance exam conducted by TU to get admitted,. Because of
lack of information dissemination from TU management it goes unnoticed when
Bsc IT entrance is taken.
