You have to uncompress them & install them via source ( or compile ) , here
is the Procedure:
1 ) Uncompress that file ( assuming you are @ same location where file
exits)
$ tar -zxf netqmail-1.06.tar.gz
2) Compile & install them
$ cd < extracted dir>
$ ./configure
$ ./configure -- help ( if incase you want to include /
exclude some options)
$ make
$ make test
$ sudo make install
