I don't think CMS would go to Nirvikalpa 4.0 . but all suggestions are welcome. May be we will work on it in later versions. or may be we can launch Nirvikalpa in various flavors.
About Nirvikalpa GUI, we will soon have a meet up where we will discuss on how we will do the UI part.
