Dipesh I don't think, FOSS Nepal have ever forced anyone to buy CD/DVD and even we prefer soft version (for DVD/CD some one should invest 25-35 (for DVD and Sticker), which goes huge for big number).... But you should know, FOSS and SFD is not only for you and me, there are lot of people who are in very beginning of learning and using. They prefer DVD, even most of school used to ask us for DVD and so we should be prepared for this also...........
Most important thing, this is not enough, we know people need support so they call us, we are providing phone support at least with out any cost.
