Dear Sagun, I am in the understanding that this process has already started, but since no one is yet showed up to propose their design except Sushil from KEC, who had been constantly proposing few designs. Hence, I would tend to move ahead with the design so proposed by Sushil with the modification so recommended.
Regarding the wiki page and website, my understanding is that as a community FOSS Nepal Community now direfuly needs a website, where new comers can get acquainted with the FOSS Nepal Community and its activities. Wiki of FOSS Nepal community for me is a Resource Pool and Collaboration Space, which could keep the record of all the evolution and development of the FOSS Nepal and its community activities. OUTCOME:- So, both (Website and Wiki) are necessary from my perspective. The process to start-up a website development process has also been stepped out in the wiki page here: http://wiki.fossnepal.org/index.php?title=Change_13_A_powerful_FOSS_Nepal_website (Under the section : THE TIME) Can you please check and make adjust it according to your plan as proposed above in your email. Lets synchronize our actions so that collectively we are more effective. We can definitely reward the designer and others who work on developing the website, But, I however, do not feel that FOSS Nepal at the moment have resources necessary for hiring a webmaster. Infact, we could have few volunteer webmasters who would have access to the website and would be responsible for timely update of the contents in the website and other issues. My 2 cents.!
