We started at 10:30 am with Open Spending Hackathon, Open web- Maker's party and wiki school.
We had discussion on Open ecosystem of Nepal. We identified the means based on which various community and organization are established. The means identified were: - Open Data - Open Standard - Open Source - Open Content - Open Hardware - Open Web - Open Education - Open Mapping - Open Governance - Open Glam - Open Media - Open Science These means results finally to *Open Knowledge and Open Development* we try to find answer to following three questions from various organization or community which are based on above means: 1. What is our context/Reflect Back/Feedback? 2. Who is doing what? (Inventory)? 3. What is possible collaboration scenario? The final outcome of the discussion was to form a consortium which will be working in collaboration on various "identified" and "yet to be identified" programs. This consortium will also work as a pressure group which has been missed previously while dealing, lobbying and coping with various issues and policy formulation. Few names has been proposed but finalized on *Open Community Collaboration Consortium (OCCC / OC3 / OC2C).* The proper documentation of the program is yet to come. This was just a synopsis.
