Sir, will Open Community Collaboration Consortium be an organized body or a forum only ? And also if a organized body, will we (the committee member) also have attorneys/lobbyist or techies only ?
Yes it does sound great. we have faced difficulties many times to get access to documents ,which are supposed to be OPEN, from Government Bodies.
