Preference given to FOSSNepal mailing list members *Ops Engineer / Linux Admin * JOB DESCRIPTION: - Knowledge in Linux Administration with RHCE or similar certification or equivalent experiences. - Proficient in command line. - Hands on Security tools. - Knowledge of bash and Python shell scripting. - Experience in Linux troubleshooting issues. REQUIREMENT: - Minimum 1yr of Linux Admin experience. - CS graduate or equivalent exepriences - Flexible in timing. *Lead Ops Engineer / Senior Linux Admin* JOB DESCRIPTION: - Proficient in Linux Server Admin with RHCE or equivalent experiences. - Minimum 3yrs of experience in lead roles. - Sound in Virtulization hypervisor (KVM/Vmware/XenServer) - Manage a team of Devops and System engineers - Apply industry best practices and new technology to enhance productivity, quality, and system performance. - Improve platform by leveraging existing technology, building new technology, and/or helping evaluate 3rd party solutions. - Knowledge in automation tools using Chef / Ansible - Make infra scale as per requirements. - Implement efficient configuration management systems, security aspects, scripts developments - Work with smart technical teams to develop features that solve real consumer problems , and also lead them from a technology standpoint. REQUIREMENT: - Proven track-record of technical leadership - Minimum 3yrs of relevant industry experiences in lead or mangerial roles - Must have CS degree. - Demonstrate ability to manage & improve technical development processes. - Experience in automation as well as hands on administration of AWS/Linux. - Experience in scripting a big plus (python/perl/ruby). - Practical exposures of AWS / OpenStack cloud management a big plus. - Flexible in timing.
