Hello Nirooj, Kudos to FOSS Chitwan community for regularly contributing to FOSS movement since 2008AD in Chitwan.
I personally support Nirooj concept about chapters of FOSS Nepal. Actually FOSS Chitwan incubated to be a FOSS Nepal Chapter but tried to sustain independently where FOSS Nepal has undoubtedly supported its events without any terms and conditions. Especial thanks to Hempal dai for the regular guidance. Running a local community without registration leads to lots of trouble but FOSS lovers generously support the cause and they are blooming on their own.
