"FOSS Chitwan" seems nice. If you feel uncomfortable with this, you may write: "FOSS Nepal community Local group - FOSS Chitwan" And also Mr. Sagar Chhetri used to be very nice and active member of FOSS Chitwan in past. He may have advice for you to do the event in Chitwan as he may had strong network there. To talk about the celebration, SFD 2017, here in Kathmandu, we are planning/making a event that would create a bond between Communities and Companies where experts and learners will come and participate in activities that we create. Our event is targeted to benefit companies & communities personals and learners who may be students or professional of some sort. You may also create a strong theme and create activities that represent the theme. It would be nice and cool event.
