Hi Ubash, If you feel annoyed by the emails in mailing list then there are following options
1) Unsubscribe yourself You can do so by following this instruction: > To unsubscribe from this group and stop receiving emails from it, send an email to [email protected]. 2) Filter out the FOSS mailing list emails so it don't clutter your inbox. Regarding the police report, I don't think you can complain about it. While signing up for the mailing list all of the members are required to follow through consent and act accordingly. Which in lay man terms is coming to an agreement with the terms and conditions and show that you have provided your permissions to send emails to you. Have funs and enjoy the day.
