How do Windows people normally move files around? Seriously - I don't know. And it seems like something I should familiarize myself with. I asked Joe (Joe Mistachkin, the Windows expert on the SQLite team - I'm not sure you've met him) but he is afk at the moment. Let me know if you have any insights.
