That's not entirely true, it's just difficult. Especially if the surrounding CSS doesn't give any wiggle room to place the mouse above or below the area desired to be selected. But where there is ample space, selecting a region in the middle of a link isn't impossible and if there is enough space in the surrounding elements it is quite easy. See the attached image where I easily managed to highlight 4742716fc1 (which I copied/pasted into this email) in the hypertext link. So really, just more space is needed in the timeline CSS to make it easier to highlight. I was using the Blitz skin for purposes of demonstration. The Enhanced Original (my typical skin) makes it much more difficult to do so. Andy
