That's a pipermail configuration problem. The correct link to the archives is http://lists.fossil-scm.org:8080/cgi-bin/mailman/private/fossil-users (login required). If you know how to configure the pipermail software by any chance, please mail drh how to change the archive URL. Thanks in advance.
