Hi! Is there someone interested to be a mentor from Fossil/SQLite community within Tcl GSoC 2009 effort? Do you have any well defined project ideas which could be written down at http://wiki.tcl.tk/22182.
As Matthew Burke (last year administrator) mentioned that last year Tcl acted as umbrella organization for Tcl/Tk/AOLserver/OpenACS/XOTcl and we were given 9 slots which IMHO shows that this is the right direction (almost the same as PHP). As I've invited Richard Hipp to lectured today at Politechnika Gdanska we've been discussing this only briefly - there were so many other things we have to do.
