You are correct. I was behind my office proxy. I tried from home and it works 
correctly.

However, my observation was very consistant. It did not find login cookie 
either when I looked at win32.txt file or clicked Tickets menu. I even asked my 
co-worker to check on his system and observation was same.

Is there any way to debug this issue?
