Hi, I have suffered a bit of a hiatus recently and this is one of the casualties.
The creole parser prototype is in the creole branch. http://fossil-scm.org/index.html/timeline?t=creole. You can check it out and compile it yourself to test it, but it is well out of sync with the main branch now. As you have expressed an interest, I will move it up my list of priorities for things to fix.
