Synopsis: Ticket title which contains single opening html tag
           causes RSS feed reader problem.

 Details:

Regarding the synopsis, I do not know that *any* 'single opening
html tag' will cause a problem. I do know that <script> does.

I wrote a ticket which contains a single html tag, <script> as part
of the text, and the timeline.rss XML is now broken to the RSS
reader I use, liferea on GNU/Linux.

The ticket I wrote (and subsequently closed) is

06:22:00 * Closed ticket b1c632b08d: filter active html (at least
*some* active html, e.g. <script>) plus 3 other changes

The error detail from liferea is

************
XML Parser: Could not parse document:

   Entity: line 114:

   parser error :

Opening and ending tag mismatch: script line 114 and i

632b08d]: <i>filter active html (at least *some* active html, e.g.
<script>)</i>

   Entity: line 114:

   parser error :

Opening and ending tag mismatch: i line 114 and title

[There were more errors. Output was truncated!]
XML error while reading feed! Feed
"http://uname:passw...@localhost:3150/cgi/project.cgi/timeline.rss"; could not
be loaded!

**************

Now I cannot read my project RSS feed with liferea.

Editing the ticket title does not help as the old <script> title is still
 in the feed.

I would appreciate any suggestions on how to correct the timeline.rss
feed so that it is again valid XML which can be parsed by liferea.
