I fixed what I thought was a bug but it turns out it was not, see [acba194c0d].
My question is, how do we allow non-code privledged users to view /doc? There are docs to my application as well as javascript code that my theme relies on. Also the vast number of users do not have access to the source code of my project. As a result of this, wiki editing and some more advanced functionality of the website/theme are non-functional because they cannot access the javascript directory. Further, they cannot access some important docs for the project. Any thoughts?
