Yeah, the easy solution is not to add Thumbs.db in the first place, so I might start from scratch with a new repository.
I was mainly wondering why "rm" failed, unless I misunderstood what it's meant to do in the first place. I'd like to get it to a state akin to thumbs.db never having been added at all.
