Actually, the default is:
set type_choices {
Code_Defect
Build_Problem
Documentation
Feature_Request
Incident
}
No "Task" or "Todo".
Tickets are "ok" -- just seems an unusual turn of phrase, which is perhaps not
self-explanatory.
