Excellent question! I don't use it at all, so I've no clue why it generates so much fuss :-) (I'm a sole developer, and the closest I've got is a TODO plain text file stuck in a project's root). Maybe answering this would help to move things forward though. Or maybe I've no clue, not being a user of the wiki.
