Just read the page, and I actually like the name "event" for what it is.
If you're using it to record milestones or many of the other use cases
the page describes, then it wouldn't make much sense to call the feature
"blog".

Blog posts, announcements, milestones, they can all be events. OTOH, it
doesn't make as much sense for milestones to be blogs, or announcements,
etc.

In any case, looks like a neat feature.
