It appears to be. ssh --help output looks like my local ssh's output (but doesn't name the product) and 'man ssh' says it's openssh. They use Linux servers, so i'm assuming they also use openssh (i've only seen non-openssh on BSD servers). i don't have any problems running fossil over cgi, since that environment is controlled via the cgi script itself. In fact, i didn't even notice the problem until i tried to set up a git repo a couple months ago. i.e. it's not a big deal, just minorly annoying and hinders me using ssh-based access to fossil/git/svn/etc. When i first learned that fossil supports CGI, i thought, "how 1990's!", but in the mean time i've come to consider that to be one of it's killer features. -- ----- stephan beal http://wanderinghorse.net/home/stephan/
