My understanding of Fossil internal wiki pages is that they are stored
as artifacts, and, therefore, indexed like any other artifacts..That
the meta-page listing all wiki pages only shows intarnal wiki pages
implies (to me) that the internal pages are indexed as wiki pages,
while external wiki pages are indexed as user files. (Which they would
be, any way, because they are user files. Fossil simply provides a
feature where certain user files can be processed using Fossil's wiki
markup parser.)
