Issue Tickets. While the wiki would be useful, management, here, mandates we use SAP for documents like specifications, requirements, designs and reports. Test data and logs from the validation department are stored in their system. While I have suggested that data dn logs associated with tickets could be imported into wiki pages, management did not like the idea.
