Hello, Fossilers, i know that some of you/us have been occasionally annoyed by the warning "File XYZ has CR/NL. Continue?" prompt, but i just saw (for the first time in 10 years of use) how Subversion (mis)handles this, and wanted to share it:
stephan@host:/...$ svn ci -m "More files from the server-side Contenido upgrade." Sending ... Transmitting file data .svn: Commit failed (details follow): svn: While preparing '/.../errorlog.txt' for commit svn: Inconsistent line ending style And then it simply exits. -- ----- stephan beal http://wanderinghorse.net/home/stephan/
