I executed `fossil --httptrace sync' and waited until
`netstat -tu' shown an empty list.
fossil created four files.
http-reply-1.txt
http-reply-2.txt
http-request-1.txt
http-request-2.txt
The second one is empty and there is strange (to me)
message `reqconfig /shun' in http-request-1.txt.
