A slightly funny story about that... Some months ago i was bitching about Sun-produced software in the company-internal chat channel where we "meet" to talk about the current project/code. One of the developers (our Alpha Coder, so to say), asked me, "so what did you think about TLP [system patching-related tool]?" Walking right into his trap, i started complaining about how miserable Solaris makes the admins' lives when it comes to patching (especially when a Sun Cluster is involved). His answer, "I wrote TLP!"
