The transaction is rolled back the next time the repository is accessed.  So
no harm done.

The change at http://www.fossil-scm.org/fossil/ci/9515143de5 causes Fossil
to be more aggressive about rolling back transactions following an error
like this, so that the warning does not come up any more.
