Is it possible to display a side-by-side diff in the web ui?
Sometimes I encounter fossil repository URLs which include
highlighted line numbers, which is a very nice way to answer questions
along the line of "Where/how to we handle X?".
In similar situations I'd like to be able to send URL's to show
side-by-side diffs (including the highlighting) to answer "When/how did
we change X?" questions. I.e. something along the line of:
http://foo.org/proj/diff/subdir/foo.c?&from=decaf&to=tag:decaf&ln=20-25
Is there some way to accomplish this already which I am missing?
If not, anyone working on it?
I will start working on it myself if no-one else is (and if it's a
feature we want). Comments, caveats, wishlists?
