Chrome is notorious about caching anything and everything and requiring 7 reloads in order to force it to abandon the cache and try again, so i'll give it another try. If i'm not mistaken, your CSS is correct. i just blindly copied/pasted it without looking at it before. .... click click click ... LOL!
