I looked into the configuration and found one had "Use HTML as wiki markup language" enabled and one did not. I guess that is not copied when doing a `fossil clone.` Is there a reason why "Use HTML as wiki markup language" is not copied to a local repo? It is located on the 'WWW Configuration' and everything else on that page is cloned. Intuitively, I expected it to be cloned since the wiki/docs are not going to change in a clone and could change the rendering. Not trying to be pushy, but interested in the design decision.
