Seems that your OpenSSL lib is too old.

Maybe we should put that in the source code:

#if (SSLEAY_VERSION_NUMBER >= 0x00908070)&& !defined(OPENSSL_NO_TLSEXT)
    SSL_set_tlsext_host_name(handle,hostname);
#endif

(took from the W3M source code)

But also make a compile warning if it's not available, and display a
warning when trying to make a SSL connection without tlsext_host_name
as this connection might fail because of this.
