May I recommend my markdown plugin? It's here: http://chiselapp.com/user/zot/repository/fossil-pagedown It will let you use markdown as your wiki language and it also supports XML comments. Just install it in your repository and it should work fine, you just put @pagedown at the top of a wiki page, either in the repository wiki or in embedded documentation and you can use markdown syntax for the page.
