Lluís, the main difference is that in my patch I also made number_of_context_lines produced by fdiff consistent with what diff and vpatch use (5 lines). For some reason fdiff was setting diffFlags = 4; resulting in 4 context lines while the rest of fossil relies on "diff_context_lines" function which uses the default value of 5.
