I've been using WinFossil for a little over a year. Currently, it appears
that there haven't been new features added to the WinFossil binary for a
couple months. HOWEVER, the current version works quite well. I use it
almost daily instead of the command line. For almost all normal actions in
my situation, the implemented commands suffice!
