Hi, I've figured out my problem. It was a simple error on my part, my "assigned to" list has "unassigned" in lower case, but my new ticket code (and the report) has it as "Unassigned" with a capital. Once a ticket is edited, the uppercase version is replaced with the lowercase one, and thus it disappears from the report.
So a silly mistake by me, sorry about that! zchen ________________________________ From: [email protected] [mailto:[email protected]] On Behalf Of Chen, Zon Sent: Wednesday, 13 June 2012 3:40 PM To: 'Fossil SCM user's discussion' Subject: Re: [fossil-users] Submitting edits breaks ticket report? Thank you for your help so far. Please take a look when you have time. Does anyone else have any ideas? I can repost my code if necessary. ________________________________ From: [email protected] [mailto:[email protected]] On Behalf Of Richard Hipp Sent: Tuesday, 12 June 2012 9:10 PM To: Fossil SCM user's discussion Subject: Re: [fossil-users] Submitting edits breaks ticket report? I don't know why "priority" is not working for you. But I am on travel and don't have an opportunity to work on the problem until later this week. Sorry for the delay.
